Restore purchases
Open QR Generator, go to the upgrade or settings screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID that made the purchase.

QR Generator Support
Create common QR codes in QR Scanner’s built-in Generate tab. This is a feature of the shipped QR Scanner app, not a separate App Store download.
Cancel or manage subscription
Apple manages App Store billing. Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, then select QR Generator.
