Swarmval builds utility apps that should be useful without turning your documents, photos, or scans into advertising data.

Summary

Swarmval apps are designed to process files, photos, and scans on your device whenever possible. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use the contents of your PDFs, photos, or scans for advertising.

Information You Provide

If you contact support, we may receive your name, email address, app name, device details you choose to share, and the contents of your message. Do not send sensitive documents unless support specifically asks and you are comfortable sharing them.

App Data

PDF Toolkit documents, Storage Cleaner photo reviews, Object Cleanup edits, and Document Scanner scans are intended to remain on your device unless you choose to export, share, sync through Apple services, or use a feature that clearly requires upload.

Purchases

Subscriptions, trials, refunds, and lifetime purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. Swarmval may receive non-sensitive purchase status information needed to unlock Pro features, but we do not receive your full payment card details.

Analytics

We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand website traffic, app feature usage, crashes, and conversion performance. Analytics are used to improve products, not to sell personal profiles.

Children

Swarmval apps are general utility apps and are not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information through support, contact us and we will delete it.

Data Retention

Support emails are retained as long as needed to provide help and maintain business records. Local app content remains under your control on your device and in any services you choose to use for backup or sharing.
